1. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on Altos World constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected misuse; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. MRP is the maximum retail price. DP (distributor price) is available only to verified Altos ID holders after logging in with their Altos ID. Offer prices, when shown, are limited-time and may change without notice.

3. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or banking details. Your order is confirmed only after the payment gateway reports a successful transaction.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped through our courier partners. Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, weather or courier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of herbal supplements and skin care products, items can be returned only if received damaged, defective or incorrect. Report such issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos via our Contact Us page. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

6. Product Information

Our products are herbal/ayurvedic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please read labels carefully and consult a healthcare professional before use, especially if pregnant, nursing or on medication.

7.Healthcare Consultation & Drug Interaction Notice Consultation Notice: Always consult a qualified physician or certified Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking prescription medications, or have a pre-existing medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor immediately if you experience any adverse reactions.

Results May Vary: Individual results from Ayurvedic and herbal formulations can vary based on individual body constitution (Prakriti), age, diet, lifestyle, and consistency of use. Images, testimonials, and customer reviews reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee identical outcomes for every user.

9.Product Formulation & Natural Variations

Product Information: Because these formulations contain natural and botanical ingredients, slight variations in color, aroma, and taste may occur between different batches. This does not impact the quality, purity, or efficacy of the product. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and keep out of reach of children.

10.Compliance & Sourcing: All products sold on this platform are manufactured in GMP-certified facilities complying with applicable regulatory guidelines (AYUSH / FSSAI). This platform acts as a retailer/distributor; the manufacturer details, batch numbers, and licensing information are printed on the original product packaging.

11.Altos ID Verification

Altos ID login is used solely to verify membership for DP pricing. We do not store your Altos ID password. Verification lasts for the current app session only.
